Australian Motorcycle Academy complies with the provisions in the workplace health and safety Act 1995.

Should a learner feel that the training undertaken is not utilising best workplace Q-RIDE training and assessment is road safety initiative of the Queensland Government-Queensland Transport Guidelines they are invited to contact the provider immediately.

All undertakings by Australian Motorcycle Academy follow the guidelines set out in the fair trading Act 1989.

Should a learner feel that advertising by Australian Motorcycle Academy does not comply with this Act, they are invited to contact the provider immediately and to make written submission to the Office of Fair Trading outlining the issue.
