I found the AMA (Australian Motorcycle Academy) a very friendly, encouraging and non-threatening environment to learn to ride a motorbike.
My instructor Nic was professional and offered different solutions to various challenges along the learning process. Nic provided valuable personal experience, both his and from other instructors.
I cannot thank them enough for their support and wealth of information that I continue to experience after the lessons have stopped and I am now confidently riding my own bike.
